CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand the unexpected happens. In an effort to maintain a fair environment for all clients, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 70% of your appointment. I kindly request you communicate with me to prevent this from happening.
